I am a Year 3 Geography (BA) Student from King’s College London doing a year abroad at the National University of Singapore. My interest in Geography stems from my desire to explore the intricate dynamics between nature and society, particularly the impact of human activities on the environment and how we can foster a balanced coexistence. I enjoy integrating diverse theories and techniques to analyse these relationships, drawing from fields such as political ecology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), restoration science, and urban geography just to name a few.
Beyond academics, I enjoy drawing and sketching in my free time. I also love spending time in the kitchen and trying out how to make new dishes.
On a final note, I hope we can all spend more time in nature, appreciate its beauty, and take action to restore our natural environments as part of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration!
